Refund Policy

At Vinix Infotech Pvt. Ltd., customer satisfaction is our top priority. However, due to the nature of our digital services and software development projects, refunds are handled under the following terms:

1. Eligibility for Refund:
  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase or contract signing.
  • Refunds are only applicable if the service or product has not been substantially delivered or started.
  • No refunds will be issued for services that have already been fully delivered or customized as per client requirements.
  • Refunds will not be provided for change of mind or if the client decides not to continue after work has started.
2. Refund Process:

Once your request is received, we will review it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 7 business days.

If approved, the refund will be processed within 14 business days using the original method of payment.

3. Partial Refunds:

Partial refunds may be granted in certain cases at our discretion, especially if part of the service was delivered.

4. Cancellation Policy:

Clients may cancel services before commencement without penalty. Once work has begun, cancellations may be subject to fees to cover work already completed.
